The name WOUET reflects five ideas: Woven Tales, Originality, Uniqueness, Essence, and Timeless.
We value the cultures, histories, and people behind each object, and aim to share those stories with care.
At the same time, we do not define an object only by its origin, age, or original purpose.
We are drawn to form, material, traces of use, beauty, humor, and things that simply cannot be overlooked.
We respect how an object was made and used, but believe how it is seen or used today should remain open.
Old or new, functional or artistic, craft or design — we look beyond fixed categories.
